Workshop weekend 2.-3.11
Kinetic Orchestra organizes mini workshop festival on the first weekend of November. Workshop Weekend offers partnering and floorwork classes from Saturday to Sunday 2-3/11/2024.

The partnering workshops are held by Kinetic Orchestra’s artistic director Jarkko Mandelin and dancer Oskari Turpeinen and are focused on studying the mechanics of flying and basing and finding fluidity within the movement while constantly shifting between these roles.
The floorwork workshops are held by our newest team member Jacob Börlin who joins us in the upcoming piece Silence. Sweden born Jacob has graduated from Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance and has background in breaking. In Jacob’s class we’ll be focusing on transitioning in and out of the floor.

​You can join the classes by buying the workshop package from our online shop or by using our 10-time pass. To use your 10-time pass email us at info@kineticorchestra.fi. Title the email "Workshop Weekend Registration", state clearly your full name and that you'd like to attend the Worksop Weekend. Four (4) times will be used up from your 10-time pass. You will receive a confirmation reply confirming that you are registered. It might take a few days for our reply to arrive back to you.
